As part of your 2024-2025 Gulls Elite Membership, you have been enrolled into Membership Auto-Renewal for the 2025-26 season. The credit card provided during your 2024-25 membership renewal will be automatically charged on the designated dates of your selected payment plan. To opt-out of your 2025-2026 Gulls Elite Membership Auto-Renewal, fill out and submit this form during the renewal period beginning on January 15th, 2025 and ending on February 28th, 2025.  Your opt-out preference must be submitted and received before 11:59pm on February 28th, 2025. Email messages, text messages, or phone messages will not be accepted for opt-out purposes.
