Carrick Suspended Three Games
Dec 2, 2018Gulls forward Sam Carrick has been suspended for three games as a consequence of an illegal check to the head of an opponent in a game vs. Manitoba on Nov. 30.
The incident occurred at 19:07 of the second period. Carrick was assessed a match penalty (Rule 48.5).
Carrick was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 21.1 after being assessed a match penalty. He will miss San Diego’s games Monday (Dec. 3) at San Jose, Wednesday (Dec. 5) vs. Tucson and Friday (Dec. 7) at Colorado.
Carrick will be eligible to return to the Gulls lineup on Saturday, Dec. 8 at Colorado.
